Extract the client to any location on your computer.

Step 4:

Locate a compatible ROM* and put it in the /roms/ folder of the extracted client.
Current Required Compatible ROMS: Fire Red (EN/FR/ES/DE/IT)
Current Optional Content Compatible ROMS: Emerald (EN/FR/ES/DE/IT)
Current Optional Visuals Compatible ROMS: HeartGold, SoulSilver
* You must have the legal right to use that rom. We will not supply you with the roms, or help you find them as they are copyrighted.

Windows: Run PokeMMO.exe
Linux: Run PokeMMO.sh

DEB (Ubuntu/Debian) RPM (Fedora/SUSE/Mageia)

Install the package using your distro's package manager.

Launch PokeMMO from your application launcher.

Locate compatible ROMS* using the ingame menu.
